By creating an account or using any ALO Solutions product — including A Human Time, nint, and SignFlow — you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

You may use our products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use our products in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our products or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our products
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our products without express permission

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content, features, and functionality of our products — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by ALO Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Each ALO Solutions product may have additional terms that apply to its use:

• A Human Time: Time tracking data you enter remains yours. We process it only to provide the service.
• nint: Financial data is processed locally on your device. We have no access to your decrypted financial information.
• SignFlow: Documents you upload for signing are encrypted and stored securely. We act as a processor, not a controller, of your document data.

Certain products or features may require payment. All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise noted, fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our products at any time if you violate these terms. You may also cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the products ceases immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALO Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
